Individual Therapy

I am experienced in working with clients from all walks of life. I work with anxiety, depression, chronic job-related trauma, substance use, and adjustment and phase of life issues. I specialize in integrative techniques to connect mind, body, and spirit and improve overall well-being. I also believe in working together to develop a plan based on skills you already possess, and habits you are already doing, to create lasting changes.

Mental Health & Clinical Nutrition

As a Certified Mental Health & Nutrition Clinical Specialist, I can identify specific treatment through food and supplements that can improve mental well-being, cognitive functioning, and overall health. A complex review of your current mental health, cognitive, and physical symptoms, will be conducted to create a nutritional plan to assist in reducing inflammation, brain fog, distractibility, low energy, low mood, fatigue, and many other symptoms.

We currently accept self-pay and some insurance.

  • If you are a first responder, you have witnessed situations that most people will never have to face. You answered the call to action. You are the one who runs toward the chaos when others are running away.

    Those images can be haunting. Those long nights are exhausting. Your time away from family and friends adds up.

    You are not alone.

    You don't have to fight your demons by yourself. Seeking counseling does not mean that you are weak, it does not mean you are failing your team, and it does not mean you cannot work again. It means that you are saving yourself. You have to take care of you in order to take care of others.

    It can be challenging to always be the strong one, and the fear of what those who rely on you everyday might think can make you feel like you don't need to talk about “normal” experiences that everyone else in your career seem to handle “just fine”.

    Strength is knowing when to ask for help.

    I specialize in chronic trauma careers to provide a safe, supportive, non-judgmental space for you to let out all of the chronic stress you have been carrying. We will build off of your existing strengths to help you feel more balanced in life.

    I also work with families of first responders. Your situations and stressors are unique and I have the experience to understand how different your needs are.

  • Are you feeling like you have lost your faith? Are you questioning your beliefs? Have you been wondering if God is really there for you if you are experiencing depression? What about if you are a "bad Christian" if you experience anxiety? Mental illness is not a sin, and acknowledging that your brain has a different way of processing information does not mean that you have failed as a Christian.

    Christian counseling can help you resolve these questions and more to reconnect your mind, body, and spirit.

  • Motherhood is a journey filled with many different seasons. Some of these seasons can leave us feeling depleted, overwhelmed, exhausted, or just alone. We see you, mama. We are here for you. We will help you take care of yourself, so you can take care of your family.

  • We offer integrative practices to address the impact nutrition has on mental health and with this specialized training can guide you in steps to improve your gut heath and improve your mental wellbeing along the way.
